Villa Kukka is a luxurious and well-equipped log cottage in Juva, on the shores of Lake Sulajärvi.
The villa has three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs.
Upstairs there is also a lobby with a sofa bed and TV.
There are three entrances. In addition to the main door, you can easily access the large dining area from the kitchen,
and from the sauna, you can access a separate cooling deck.
The sauna is heated by a wood-burning stove, while the washroom has two showers. There are also 2 toilets in the villa.
The kitchen is well-equipped and outside, near the beach, there is a barbecue shelter with a home kitchen.
The cosy interiors and well-kept garden areas with good fishing waters make holidaying easy, comfortable and relaxing.
Villa Kuka is a great place to stay with little ones, and the gently sloping sandy beach is perfect for children! There is also a playing field and a long, decent jetty near the beach.
The rental fee includes a rowing boat and a catwalk.

What is included in the price?
The rental price includes free use of the holiday home and sauna.
The holiday homes are furnished as normal and have basic utensils for eating and cooking.
Firewood is also included in the rental price, but if you rent a firewood cart, you can buy firewood for an extra 15 EUR/day.
What to bring?
The accommodations have pillows, blankets and mattresses, you will need to bring your own pillowcases, sheets and sauna towels if they are not included in the accommodation price.Linen and towels can also be rented from LaatuLom for 14 EUR/person.
The accommodation price includes a starter pack of the following items: pump soap, detergents, cleaning cloths, filter bags, matches, toilet and kitchen paper, baking paper.
Basic condiments, coffee, etc. are not included in the rental price, but if you have them you are free to use them.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is € 90 for accommodation, if you have a pet with you, final cleaning is obligatory and costs € 120.
Please note, however, that even if the final cleaning is paid for, the accommodation must be left in a state of normal occupancy.
If you clean up yourself:

Number of persons
The maximum number of persons who may use the accommodation is the number of beds indicated in the description of the destination or agreed when booking the holiday destination. For example, if the destination description says 6+4 people, the cottage has six beds and four extra beds (e.g. a sofa bed or a mattress or a bed in a loft).We recommend this type of cottage for a maximum of six adults.
A tent or camper van must be arranged in advance.
The keys
You will receive your keys in the key box next to the front door, where you will receive a code approximately 1 day before the start of your stay.
When you leave, you must lock the doors and leave the keys in the key box.
Pets
Pets must always be agreed in advance.We usually charge a pet fee of EUR 120 per stay at Villa Kukka.
Please remember that the pet owner is liable for compensation if the pet breaks anything in the cottage.Please inform the owners immediately.
Even if the pet fee has been paid, the cottage must be left in a state of normal habitation and the outside areas must be cleaned up of pet waste.
Please keep pets on the first floor and away from beds and sofas.
Pricing
Rental prices include final cleaning.
Pet fee EUR 120 per stay.

Minimum rental 2 days, in high season we usually rent for a minimum of weeks, but shorter periods can be booked.
For the 2024 summer season, the exchange day is Thursday.
If you wish to pay by invoice, please choose OP- laskku in the online shop, which gives you 45 days interest-free payment time.
If you are more than 1 month away from the start of your booking and you want to pay the 25% deposit first, you can choose to pay by bank transfer or by credit card.

The surroundings of the villa are carefully maintained, so please do not litter!
Open fires are not allowed, only fireplaces are allowed!
In nature and in the countryside we move on foot or on skis, motor vehicles are not allowed to drive in the countryside!
